Welcome to the City of Cleveland Human Resources page. The Human Resource Department, in its pivotal leadership role, is dedicated to providing services that support and guide the City's employees.  

The Human Resources Department provides employment-related services and policy direction to all city departments and the City's employees per the policies and procedures. Also, Human Resources is responsible for administering the city's benefits programs, including but not limited to:
