Fees & Payments
Water and Sewer Bill payments are due by the 10th of the month. Online payments made after the 10th are considered late, and therefore a $25 late fee is due when submitting the online payment.
Disconnection
Water service will be disconnected if the account balance remains unpaid by the 20th of the month. If your water service is disconnected due to non-payment, a $35 disconnection fee is assessed to your billing account.
If you pay online after disconnection, you must manually add the $35 to your online payment account, as this fee is not automatically assessed online. To restore water service, the outstanding balance (including the $25 late fee and $35 disconnection fee) must be paid in full.
