The Cleveland Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen in regards to the City of Cleveland Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.  The Commission also serves as the Board of Appeals for the City of Cleveland and hears matters such as variances, exceptions, and rezoning of property within the city.   

Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are held on the third Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room at City Hall and are open to the public.  Anyone interested in being placed on the agenda of the Planning Commission can fill out the application provided below and return it to the Department of Community Development at 1098 Old Highway 61 North along with any plans for the Commissioners to review.  These forms may also be faxed in at 662-846-5701.
